Vampura Rose Silver Wholesale Jewellery is based in the UK and is for Trade Customers Only

By placing an order you agree that you have read our Terms of Service

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION - ALL DESTINATIONS:

Minimum order £75 excl vat and shipping

VAT: All prices are shown in pounds sterling excluding VAT

All UK customers will be charged VAT at the current rate of 20%

Customers outside the UK including the European Union, United States, Canada, Australia and all other destinations will not be charged VAT

SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS:

Orders to any destination received before 12 noon are normally despatched the same day

Orders received after 12 noon may not be shipped until the following day

Please our Terms of Service for information regarding a lost parcel

SHIPPING COSTS: WITHIN THE UK 

Orders above £250 excluding vat are free

Orders of £250 or less excluding Vat will be charged £8.99

UK orders will be sent using the Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery Service 

SHIPPING COSTS: ALL OTHER DESTINATIONS:

Orders above £350 are free 

Orders of £350 or less will be charged £18.00
 
Orders will be sent using the Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For Service and should be delivered within 5 - 10 working days. Depending on Customs Clearance etc this can take longer (up to 30 days).
You are responsible for any Import Taxes, Duty or any other fees charged by your Country.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESSES: 

We have a quick turnaround for sending orders so Customers are responsible for making sure that the correct shipping details are entered during the checkout process. We will not be held responsible for any incorrect shipping addresses. You will be charged for any further costs for resending your order. Please CHECK you have entered the correct details THOROUGHLY BEFORE confirming your order as you go through the checkout process as it will not be possible to change any details if your order has already been processed and sent.

RETURNS

We do not operate a sale or return policy. All sales are deemed final. We will only accept returns for faulty or damaged items. For any other returns this is at our discretion. We must be notified of any returns prior to them being sent back. Any item(s) received without prior notification will be returned to the sender and payment along with any additional shipping costs will be expected in full so please contact us before sending.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE:

Any items damaged as a result of a packing or shipping error must be advised within 5 days of receiving your order. We will not be responsible for any advice received after the 5 day period. Any faulty items can be advised by email or phone. Any items returned to us without prior notification will not be accepted.

SAVED SHOPPING CARTS:

Shopping Cart contents will be saved for a period of 90 days. After 90 days it will be necessary to refill your shopping cart.
