Orders to any destination received before 12 noon are normally despatched the same day
Orders received after 12 noon may not be shipped until the following day

Orders of £150 or less excluding Vat will be charged £7.95
UK orders will be sent using the Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery Service

do not operate a sale or return policy. We will only accept returns for faulty or damaged items. Please see the section below. Any item(s) received
without prior notification will be returned to the sender and payment

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT
MERCHANDISE: Any items damaged as a result of a packing or
shipping error must be advised within 5 days of receiving your order. We will
not be responsible for any advice received after the 5 day period. Any faulty
items must be advised by email. Any items returned to us without prior
notification will not be accepted.
