Vampura Rose Silver Wholesale Jewellery is based in the UK and is for Trade Customers Only



Minimum order £75 excl vat and shipping

VAT: All prices are shown in pounds sterling and are subject to vat. Overseas customers and overseas customers within the European Union must read section 8 in our Terms and Conditions regarding the charging of vat.

SHIPPING: Orders received before 12 noon are normally despatched the same day.†

UK orders will be delivered the next day. Orders received after 12 noon will normally be shipped the following day for next day delivery, however we will endeavour to send the order the same day providing our mail has not already been collected. If there is any delay in sending your order we will let you know. UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Special delivery and require a signature.

INTERNATIONAL OVERSEAS†orders are usually delivered within 5-10 days but this can take longer (up to 30 days) and require a signature on delivery and are fully insured. Please our T's & C's for the information†regarding a lost parcel

SHIPPING COSTS: WITHIN THE UK:†Orders being shipped within the UK will be charged £7.95 postage and packing and will be sent fully insured via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Your order will be delivered the next day following receipt of the order despatched email.

SHIPPING COSTS: INTERNATIONAL OVERSEAS ORDERS: Overseas shipping costs are calculated according to value/weight and will be shown on the invoice during the checkout procedure. Usually delivered within 5-10 days but this can take up to 30 days.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES: Each customer is responsible for making sure that the correct shipping details are entered during the checkout procedure. Customers will be charged for any costs incurred by Vampura Rose Silver for retrieving any orders†sent to an incorrect shipping address. You will also be charged for any further carriage costs for resending your order.†Please CHECK your shipping details THOROUGHLY BEFORE†confirming your order as you go through the checkout procedure.

RETURNS: We do not operate a sale or return policy. We will only accept returns for faulty or damaged items. Please see the section below. Any item(s) received without prior notification will be returned to the sender and payment along with any additional shipping costs will be expected in full.†

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE: Any items damaged as a result of a packing or shipping error must be advised within 5 days from the date of invoice. We will not be responsible for any advice received after the 5 day period. Any faulty items must be advised by email. Any items returned to us without prior notification will not be accepted.
