VAT: All prices are shown in pounds sterling excluding Vat and will be charged as follows:
- Customers within the United Kingdom will be charged vat on all orders at the current rate of 20%
- All other destinations will not be charged Vat. You are responsible for any Vat, Taxes or Duty charged in your Country.

Customers within the EU with a valid VAT or EORI number may provide it in the comments box during the checkout procedure and we will add it to the shipping label.

ORDERS BELOW £75.00: Our minimum order value is £75 excluding shipping and vat. Any orders received with a value of less than £75.00 before shipping and vat have been added, will be charged a fee of £15.00. This is not a shipping fee and will be charged as well as the normal shipping charges.
PAYMENT: Customers are required to pay in full for all items sent prior to despatch. Our payment system has been certified by WorldPay as being Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant and is 3D Secured. Most customers will be familiar with this system but if you are not already registered with 'MasterCard SecureCode' and 'Verified by Visa' you will be prompted to do so through the checkout procedure. You only have to register once to use this system so if you already make purchases online from other stores using this system you do not need to register again, just complete the checkout procedure and enter your 3D Secure password when prompted.
It is important to remember that the billing address you give at the checkout must be the address where the credit card is registered. For example: if the card is registered to your home address and not your business address then you must make sure your home address is entered as the Billing Address during checkout. If the address does not match Visa and Mastercard records, they will not authorise your payment. You can still have the order shipped to your business address, just complete the shipping address when prompted during checkout. PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept all major debit and credit cards excluding American Express,
JCB or Diners cards. We do not accept Paypal payments. If you would
prefer to pay by bank transfer please contact us for details. We accept
payment by cheque but only those drawn on a UK bank. Customers wishing
to pay by cheque will note that the order will be sent once the cheque
has cleared. This can sometimes take up to 10 days. Orders paid for by
bank transfer will be sent once the funds have been received into our
account. We are happy to take orders by telephone.
RETURNS: We do not operate a sale or return policy. We will only accept returns for faulty or damaged items. You must advise us of any damaged or faulty items within 5 days of receiving the order via email or phone PRIOR to the items being returned. Any item received without prior notification will be returned to the sender and payment along with any extra shipping costs will be expected in full.
BACKORDERS AND DISCONTINUED ITEMS: We try to keep our catalogue as nice and tidy and possible. However, certain items may not be in stock at the time of ordering. When an item is out of stock we will we will endeavour to let you know before the order is despatched. In the case of discontinued items we will notify you via email. In both cases we will only charge you for the actual items sent.
